Recruitment Dept will be the council group that will decide on new members this group will be run by one member who will over see all members he shall have his team of people who will help him in finding new members but the team/group will not be made up of more than 10 members.

Personel Dept will have the job of seeing of it's members any members that do not go by the rules will be brought to this group their job will be to aid in fixing prombles in the clan but will not have the power to remove anyone. If this group feels that they wish to remove somone they will see the high council/ leaders of the clan. This group will not be made up of more than 4 members.

Diplomacy Dept will set peace with other clans and will be the ones who will work with the upper council on setting clan battles this group will be made up of picked members of the clan to run this sec and may be made up of the upper council this group will not be made up of more than 5 members.

III. RULES

1. No member of the clan can be a member of the clan if they are a member of any other clan.

2. using your clan name at all times is a must show pride in your clan and that u are a member of the 316 clan.

3. Show respect to others in the clan and to the clan at all times.

4. Hacking in 316 is NOT ALLOWED. That is final

5. No member of the clan will be removed with out given first a warrning, second being told of what they have done to end their membership.

6. High council will see that the jobs of the council will be given out to any one who wishes to join that sec in the event the sec has one spot and two members want it a vote shall be done to see who is the best to fill the job.

7. The rules of this sec may and shall change at any given time and it is to your best intrest to keep looking up on new changes when any are made u will be given a notice.

8. no one that joins the clan will be given a higher rank than anyone all members WILL WORK for their rank.

9. All 316 "goods" - web pages, hacks given out to members and MEMBERS ONLY INFO will be treated with respect and is owned by the clan 316 and to it's high council/founders

10. Web pages shall be run by 1 member of the high council if they shall step down they may turn over the pages to the best to handle it or a vote may be done

IV. HIGH COUNCIL

The High Council is made up of the elders and leaders of the 316 clan this division will be the group that will make and over see all actions of the clan any disions will be made by vote. This division will have only a max of 10 members and or any member that is not active may be voted out with reason.
