Setting up miRC
If you would like to attend any of the weekly EIA meetings, you must first download mIRC, the program we use. Follow these simple steps on how to download, install and setup mIRC.
1. Visit the mIRC website and download the latest version from there.
2. Run the setup program and choose the directory where you ant to install it.
3. After you have installed it, go online and run the program. A list of 'servers' will appear for you to choose. Click 'ADD' and type in 'irc.battlestats.org' under the server and type in EIA meetings for the server title.
4. Click ok and connect to this server.
5. A list of channels will appear. Type in the top box '#EIA' and click 'ADD'
6. You will now connect to that channel and should find yourself in the EIA meeting room.
