Retired Knights

The Iron Knighthood is based on equality, respect and honor. All of our members are on the same level as eachother. The Ranking systems of old are gone. The knighthood is truly a brotherhood, as Maverick says it. There are no Knights more in favor than any other Knights, except for the First Knight. The First Knight is only in place as a leader to keep anarchy from setting in, and is only a leader, not as any kind of royalty deeming respect. the IRN's leader is one that will sleep in the same barracks as the other Knights, will eat the same food, and will sit at the same table. Other than this exception, all Iron Knights are equal.

Knights on Leave:

Any Knight that is taking a long rest from service, whether it be due to travelling, sickness, or to get away from it all for awhile.

Retired Knights

These are loyal Knights of the Iron Knighthood who have retired their saber and have honorably been discharged from service. They have had their day in the sun, and all must remember their names. If they wish, they can re-apply to the Knighthood, and will be accepted with open arms provided that they show they can still show their worth to the others. Practice and dedication is required.
