You should add all these sect members to your ICQ contact list. You probably want to add a few at a time, and build up your contact list. Or what the hell, just add 'em all now. Then ICQ will let you know when they are online, so you know who to pester to get your game going.

With ICQ you can send a mass message -- when you send a message to one person you will see a little box at the bottom that says More, click on it then you can send the message to everyone online. Send them your IP and tell them where to get the level you are hosting, or use ICQ chat and tell 'em there. Easy stuff. Even a saber guy could do it.
