Joining the Order of Reborn Jedi

If you want to join ORJ, just let us know you're there.
We usually play games for an extended period of time with people who want to join,
in order to get to know them better.
An opportunity for us to see if you would fit into ORJ,
and for you to see if you like playing the game our way.

First and foremost, be aware that we are an
SBX-Clan
(Using the latest version of the Saber Battle X mod)
We do sometimes play other mods, but SBX is our way of playing JK.
If you like to play Jedi Knight Regular there is no point in joining ORJ.

We are always looking for honourable, loyal, and active members to join.
There aren't many, so hopefully you will be one of the rare people...
The zone is full of annoying players, so our goal is to change that.

ONLY HONOURABLE JEDI MAY APPLY!

An overview of the Rules:

1. No use of Dark Powers
Period.

2. No Hacking
(Be it in game, in zone, or hacking computers or websites whatsoever)
ORJ is for non-hackers... if you don't like that, you do not belong.

3. No Cheating
(No cogging, building, bering or notepad modifications, not even in hacks-only games)

4. No Cheapness
(For example: Overusing Force powers, using JUST the big sabers,
pushkilling, taking advantage of lag in a really cheap way.... etc.)

5. No Messing around
(Attacking while not duelling, either by kicking, punching, pushing, shooting or sabering)

6. No Bragging about skills
(Not even when provoked)

7. No Anger

(This includes attacking out of rage, making saberdown kills, cussing and cursing)
ORJ members always keep their cool in bad situations. People will like you better if you do.

8. Always follow the rules of the host

9. Always show respect
(Bow before duelling, nicely comment on won and lost duels, no whining about losing)

10. No Healing
(This includes picking up shields or health while duelling and using bacta while duelling.)
Force Heal is only allowed when your opponent uses dark powers on you.

An overview of the Ranks:

The most important thing to know about ORJ's ranks system is the way people progress in rank.
In ORJ, people get promoted for good conduct.
Skill counts too, but is not as important as Conduct.
You can have all the skills in the world, but if you do not follow the code enough,
you wil never gain any ranks.

Jedi Learners and Padawans

never do recruiting, although they may accompany a master in a recruiting room.

Knights

are not to recruit.
If they really want to, they can recommend players to a Master or Council Member,
so that the latter can give a proper try-out to the player.

Masters and Council Members
are recruiters in their spare time... go to them if you wish to join.
A master is not necessarily the one with the most skills in duelling...
he or she will most importantly need skills in teaching as well.

Council Member
is not a rank, but a title.
Members can (theoretically) become Council Members from rank Knight and up.

If you want to read more about the ranks, titles and responsibilities, you can check this section:

Sabers, Skins and Ranks
