I wish I had more time to write a real big "goodbye-piece-of-text" to Will King
(aka England_VDS). He's going to live on his own now and he'll be busy with work,
so that means he won't be here as much as he used to be. :(

The reason I don't have time to spend much time on this news section is because
I am going on vacation tomorrow, so I'm gonna sleep now.
I'm going to Marmaris in Turkey with a group of friends, and I'll be back in two
weeks.
When I'm back I'll also add two trophies to the trophy-section, because Gigas
and Panacea got 2nd and 1st in a BGJ NF tourney. Good job you 2. :)
Pic of the week is a nice example of tweaking. Panacea played this Javvrix-person at a tourney, and Pan asked him to
take a screenshot.. so this Jav-person takes a screenshot with him having 7 frames per second lol. That's pretty sad, I don't
even know how people can play with such low fps. Oh well, another cheater busted. GJ Pan :).

There was this tourney yesterday, hosted by MSN Zone.. and HeXeN got 1st, with
Panacea (Eclipse) getting 3rd. GJ you 2 and congrats with the prizes (HeX won
a game worth $50 and Pan got a t-shirt or mousepad)
We also have a new member: Sculpt (=Greg) :). Sculpt is a real nice chap and he kicks ass at JK, so we're
glad to have him with us :).

I'm so late with this update. Lots of things have been going on in my life since school's over. Okay.. let's
see if I still remember what's happened in the last few weeks:
- Vanion's on vacation to Spain. He'll be back in mid august.
- SubZero's back! :-D
- NeO's gone. He decided to leave after some misunderstandings/discussions/whatever. Cya around NeO.
- Brazil's won the World Cup of 2002. Congrats to Padawan and all other Brazil
fans.

It has something to do with being the one and only Otter.. but I have no idea

in a band. I actually don't know her, since she's not known in Holland (yet).

Pic Of The Week is a Donnie Darko-filmposter. This movie'd just been released
in Holland, and it's kick-ass. Too bad it wasn't a success in America, but that's
because Hollywood found the script "too complex".

They look pretty cool eh, but it's just gonna take a while for them to get released :(. Lyr suggested to play Rainbow 6 together, to kill time. I'm cool with that (if someone gives me the game! heh).

SubZero's decided to quit the internetgaming and everything
that has to do with it.. I've put him on the honorary members
list. We're all gonna miss our Australian friend a lot. :(
Well.. the patch is out, and it's absolute crap if you're a
gunner. It does improve some stuff for saberists, but it's still
not "fast and addictive" action. The gameplay is just
so slow :(. We might move to a new Star Wars game, called Star
Wars: Galaxies. EnG and Padawan have shown me some VERY interesting
information, and the game looks absolutely amazing. Currently
VDS's inactive in the way of not playing JK2, only Gigas and
Eclipse are still playing JK2. Everyone else's just whoring
the boards or playing other games. :)
MP3 of this week is Duel of the fates. I chose it because Episode 2's coming out this thursday. :)

week's mp3 of the week with another song: Rank 1- Such is life. That tune was the main theme from 2001's Dutch Dance event: Sensation.
Sensation is one of the biggest indoor dance events in the world, with 75000 visitors in 2 days.

Babe of the week is Jessica Biel. This girl's known from some
show I've never seen before called 7th Heaven. She once had

Not much news.. 3 days late on the update... havent got much time. Some of us are playing JK2,
some aren't (They're playing other games or are waiting for a new mod/patch for JK2)

Playing JK2...

JK2's finally out!! and..well.. it sux!! The single player is fun, but the MP is just horrific.
Sabers= doing that 1 hit kill-slash over and over and over again,
force=even worse, all u see is: drain drain, lightning/grip,
dead. It's utter shit. The only thing I found quite fun to play
was the Team FFA NF guns, but I'd rather play CS guns than JK2
guns. So that's why we're all waiting for the first patch to
be released, and during that time some members'll play other
games. Vanion's concentrating on Q3, and HeXen has his T2. Let's
just hope future modifications to JK2 will make it a fun game.
But the future for JK2 looks good, I've even heard of a special
modding team working on a special Co-op team mode for JK2, and
that'd be great.

hardhouse tune I heard this week.
Babe of the week is British actress Kate Beckinsale. She starred
in Pearl Harbor, and altho that movie sucked bigtime, watching
her wasn't bad at all.

JK2 will be supported by Zone. I don't know if this is a good
or bad thing, but we'll just have to wait and see how it works
out. I added another 1st place award to our Awards-pages. GJ
SirJewbie and HeXeN for winning that 2v2 tournament. Not a lot
of more news actually. Bergkamp scored an amazing goal versus
Newcastle United.
I had a lot of trouble coming up with a cool Pic of the Week.
I could put another award on it, but we're winning an award
almost every week and it's boring to keep putting those as pics
of the week. So I chose this pic of me doing decent at CS. Not
my best game ever, but I had to think of something.

JK2's pre-beta-version has been reviewed by PC Gamer and got
a stunning 92%. The final version's going to be even better,
so it looks very promising. I've also seen the .mov trailer
and it looks very cool. :)
mIRC looks to be our main communication-program of the future,
I suggest you all go and install it, it's very easy to use.
You can find Vanion, England and me on IRC most of the time.
I've also seen SubZero, Lyr and Hex hopping in.

Well.. we've tried out over 10 people, but unfortunately only
1 (HeXeN) managed to get in. :( There are still 3 left tho,
and I've heard some nice stuff about TheNewbie, so let's cross

Not a lot of other news that I know of.... hmm.. we found another
VDS clan. They play UT, it was kinda weird. They even had another
Zodiac_VDS (I remember that conversation I had with psy had
3 months ago lol), which is kinda bizarre.

Welcome our newest member NeO_VDS. Congrats to him for making it through the tryouts.
Ani's said JK2'd be released on feb 11th, but I don't know if that's true. I REALLY hope
it'll hit the stores that fast, but we'll just have to wait and see.

Happy Newyear! I hope everybody had a better start of the year than I had, cuz I became sick.
Oxide, England, Lyricist, Padawan and Vanion have serious plans of getting VDS back to JK again. I'm not
thinking about that at this moment, cuz I cant even play JK! I need to
turn this shitty hardware firewall off, because I can't play JK with it. :(
New pic of the week is Katherine Heigl. I know her from Under Siege2 and My Father The Hero, but most
of you know her from that TV-serie called Rosswell. New MP3 of the week is a special gift from Holland.
We call that type of music Gabber, and it's just the hardest version of house out there (hardcore house).
It used to be HUGE here in The Netherlands, every kid/teenager listened to it. Most people think it's noise,
so I uploaded quite a soft-gabber song just so you guys can get a little used to it. Keep in mind that the other
Gabber-songs are way harder. :)

JK's becoming boring

Oops. forgot to update the site last week. Sorry for that. I'll add another babe
of the week on wednesday to make it up..
Haven't been playing JK for 4 weeks.. When I do get at zone it's funny to
see how people actually look up to some players who play like shit.
Yesterday I got challenged by someone who was supposed to be good. I hadn't played
in 4 weeks and I thought:"oh w/e.. quick game of JK"..
He (=NbK_StAzOR) was using some hacked saber (one hit kill, no 2 second pause in between
fire2 swings), but I still managed to beat him 5-1 within 15 minutes. It's
pathetic to see how bad people can be at this game.
I've heard Vanion's got CS too. We need to exchange some IPs.

KDD is back. Van and Pad have joined it, and rumor has it Subz is gonna join
them soon too.
Vanion won a tournament this week, beating me in the quarter finals and Nova in the final.

Klav notified me of some BackNBlack_VDS, a former member who wasn't on the site yet.

Babe of this week is chosen by me: American Supermodel Josie Maran. I think she's one of the most
beautiful women on this planet.
MP3 of the week is Out of Sight, a song by Hooverphonic. They're a trip-hop
band from Belgium and they're awesome. They recently won 3 TMF-Awards for Best Female Singer,
Best Album and Best Live-Act. They totally deserve that live-act award, cuz
I saw them live at Lowlands this year and it was brilliant.
I also went to one of their concerts last week in Nijmegen and I had a great time. I talked
to the guitar-player after the concert and I'm totally in love with their female singer
(she's the most sensual dancer I've ever seen!):).

Some other news: Oxide has joined WD, to rev up his FF skills,
Klavier is in NJ0, Zod joined WLP, Vanion remains clanless and
Lyr is trying out for NTS. Zod, Ox and Van are still going to play
as VDS in tournies tho.
