Description of the Modification
-------------------------------
a) This mod changes some of the MOTS force powers so that they can be
toggled off/on, and so that the force power slowly drains mana for
the time it is on rather than all in one shot when it is activated.

b) Changed the projection to be armed with a light saber instead of 
fists. 

c) Got rid of annoying (to me at least) graphic effects and sounds. In
particular all the sounds that continue for the whole time the power
is on, and the sphere around Kyle while protection is on. You will
need to pay attention to the icons on screen because if you run out
of mana, any force powers on will go off.

d) Changed force heal to subtract mana in proportion to your wounds.

In practice, it is possible to run about with some of these force powers
on all the time, but in so doing your mana will not regen or will regen
very slowly. Turning on more than one will of course increase the drain
on your mana.

DEADLYSIGHT	: TOGGLE ON/OFF, SLOW MANA DRAIN, REMOVED SOUND
PERSUASION	: TOGGLE ON/OFF, SLOW MANA DRAIN, REMOVED SOUND
PROJECT		: TOGGLE ON/OFF, SLOW MANA DRAIN, ADDED LIGHT SABER
PROTECT		: TOGGLE ON/OFF, SLOW MANA DRAIN, REMOVED SOUND, REMOVED GRAPHIC SPHERE
SEEING		: TOGGLE ON/OFF, SLOW MANA DRAIN, REMOVED SOUND
SPEED		: TOGGLE ON/OFF, SLOW MANA DRAIN, REMOVED SOUND
HEAL		: COST PROPORTIONAL TO WOUNDS

How to Install the Modification
-------------------------------
Create a sub-directory in the MOTS\RESOURCE directory and name it "COG".
Copy all the files to the new directory.

On my computer it looks like;
c:\Program Files\LucasArts\mots\resource\cog
