The Diplomacy Elders are responsible for dealing with any issues concerning other clans. This means setting up alliances, dealing with hostilities, and registering for any sort of external competition or tournament. The DE have to keep a cool face when in a potentially damaging negotiation, and only the real cool customers will get voted in. Rok'N'Ruin has been awarded the permanent position because I believe that he is more than capable of actually doing some work and getting some decent alliances in, and I don't mean silly aliiances with everyone, everywhere.
The voted Diplomacy Elder is re-voted every month, regular,
on the last day of the month. Except for the initial time, when they will
stay in senate until they have reached the last day of a full month.
