The Recruitment Elders are responsible for bringing fresh talent into the clan. There is a limit of 20 members in this clan, including all of the Elders and the Founders. As long as there is space, the RE should always have a eye open for any talent. Even the slightest amount should be noticed, with the RE then offering the recruit a placement and training, should he/she need it. Then the young hopeful will be passed into the hands of the Training Elders, for vigourous training before final tryout with a founder overseeing. In addition the generals for specific areas have control over their members and are therefore responsible for recruitment of their section, however the Recruitment Elder voices the generals opinions amoung the council.
